Alex T Bray - The Wellness Warrior!

Hi! Alex here! A quick bit about me. 

I’m a coach, an NLP practitioner, speaker, vlogger and author on the subject of stress, and I have developed a step by step program on how to obliterate stress from our lives.

I began my career as a British Royal Marines Commando and after leaving, I entered the high stress world of the corporate rat race and then went on to run my own business. I have fought my way through some of the toughest challenges that life could throw at me, learned how to deal with EVERY level of stress and come through smiling (and still in one piece!)

I am now leading the charge to beat stress, help people define their own true purpose and to blaze their own path. 

My mission is to give people the tools, to start living life on their terms and to blaze their own path in life to achieve happiness, peace and fulfilment.
